Here’s a few answers to our most common questions.
We have made booking your RentADump trailer very simple.
- First you need to select your type of service here
- Next, select your preferred delivery date
- Complete your reservation through the checkout portal
- That’s it! We will send you an email confirmation of your appointment and our driver will deliver your trailer on the reservation date.
Our RentADump trailers are big. They can hold up to 5 tons of debris and material.
We highly recommend that you have the path to and the area where you would like the RentADump trailer placed cleared of any debris or obstacles that could make it difficult to access the area or damage the trailer.
Because our RentADump trailers are on wheels, they can be placed in a wide variety of hard to reach spots. Upon arrival, our delivery team member will consult with you about placement and feasibility.
Unfortunately because of rising fuel costs we do charge a nominal delivery and pickup charge. This can vary greatly depending on your specific geographic location. Once you have booked your reservation, our staff will contact you to discuss these costs.
We highly recommend that you DO NOT move the trailer on your own. This is to protect you and prevent any potential accidents or damage to the equipment. If you need the trailer moved to a new location, please contact us at 804-348-2929 our team will assist you with moving the trailer.

We highly recommend that you have the path to, and the area, where you would like the RentADump trailer placed cleared of any debris or obstacles that could make it difficult to access the area or damage the trailer.
Nope. We will handle covering and securing the load. We do ask that you do not block in the trailer and clear any cars, equipment, or important items away from the trailer so we can access it easily.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Please note that if you decide to cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your delivery, there could be delivery charges still incurred. It is best that you contact us via telephone as soon as possible to avoid these charges.
If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to your delivery then NO.
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to your delivery then YES.
This is due to fuel and labor costs involved with delivering your RentADump trailer. We highly suggest you contact us via telephone (804-348-2929) if you are considering cancelling your reservation.
This really depends on the extent of the damage. Our trailers are tough and we understand that scratches and slight dings are going to happen. But if you happen to break parts and/or pieces off the dumpster, puncture the tires, or severely damage the trailer you will be responsible for any and all repairs associated with said repair.
